Trying to open new account via app and at verification stage cannot submit document and video. Keep getting message " content length exceeds limit"? Any ideas?
Someone else reported this issue on Twitter today so my guess is that this is a technical issue, rather than something you’re doing.
I’d recommend messaging the support team via the in-app chat or DM on Twitter so that they can look into this for you.

Issue resolved by contacting the support team by email. After few questions from them about free space on my phone & video length (less than 5 sec) was advised to force quit the app. No problem uploading after then.
