Unable to verify

Hi,

I have recently received my card, but have been unable to verify with a picture of my photo id as the app crashes everytime I try to use the camera

Can you try to restart your device.
If that doesn’t work please uninstall the app and then reinstall it.
If all else fails just drop the support team a message
