Problems logging in to Monzo

Good afternoon,

My Monzo account does not work, so I would like to know what I can do. I have tried several times to enter my email and Monzo sends me an email so that I can log in to Monzo, but it does not work.

Furthermore, I have called Monzo and the man told to delete all the emails I have from Monzo and try to log in again, but does not work at all.

He also told me that there is a possibility to change the email address and this could work.

I would like to know what I can do because I need my app to make payments I need.

This is terribly vague. Can you describe the way in which Monzo does not work? Is there an error message?

I am sure that the email I am using is the correct one.

If you’re definitely using the email that they send you, then I can’t imagine what the problem might be. You could try deleting and reinstalling the app, then see if it works? Failing that, your best bet is to contact Monzo again.

Also, make sure you’re accessing your email from the phone with the app installed on it and not from a desktop computer.
