I make a manual payment every month from my account. Up until last month I was able to search ‘Lloyds’ select my last payment and then make another payment to that account immediately which could be edited before being sent.
I’ve tried to do that today and it seems that I can find and select previous payments but now I can’t send another payment to that account easily. Have the options changed?
I appreciate that I can find the account details and add them as a new payee but I found the old way so much more convenient.
