Has their been any word recently on being able to assign specific debit card transactions to a pot, or being able to automatically take from a pot when spending at a shop (I.e. spend at Tesco automatically comes from ‘Groceries’).

I feel this would enable true budgeting so that when I get paid it can all be divided into pots, then get spent from the pots where the money has been assigned.

2. Just set up the pot with one of the savings partners. 1 working day to get the money back so make sure you don’t lock away all you need

I’d like to do this:

Fixed savings pot to regular pot or easy access pot

To build on this topic I’m about to come to the end of a fixed savings period and the pot has been closed and the money put back into the current account. Whilst I get this, it would be awesome if there was an option to covert the pot where the fixed savings were into an easy access pot or regular pot at the end of the term. In its current format, my fixed savings pot has already been deleted along with the image I chose, the name, the goal (and if I was on Android, the history). I don’t plan…

I knew someone would have suggested this! Yeah, love pots, but I hate that I can’t organise my pots. Being able to move them around would be great - I could keep them grouped by topic or whether they’re being used immediately or longer term. (Pot for paying my bills immediately after the current account, down payment for a house at the end since it’s a longer-term goal that will take years while I get my ducks in a row.)

Yep - my fixed-savings pots are all dedicated toward a down payment. When the term ends I’d prefer them to go into a specific pot so if I haven’t found a house I can roll them into a new fixed-term pot.

You can change the order of pots

You’ve dug up quite an old topic there. Pots can be rearranged and even hidden now. Search for “reordering pots” in the help section of the app.

I appreciate the tip (I’d found I could hide pots when I went to edit from the Home Screen, but not moving them - turns out it’s just very precise about how you tap to drag it.)

The topic is from January and there are posts from April 2020 saying it hadn’t been implemented yet when I searched. Unfortunately when you search a topic, implementation posts don’t seem to get pinned to the top.
