Postcode not in royal mail database

Hi. I’ve tried to open bank account and when i entered postcode, house numbers just to 31
My door number is 51.
It is saying that it is wrong postcode and not in Royal Mail database
Postcode is ME15 6SS, uk
Is any other way to open bank account or enter address manually?
Any other help please?

Just tried to email them
Your message wasn’t delivered to help@monzo.com because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.

I just tested this by sending an email to that address and haven’t had it bounce. I used gmail, if that makes any difference.
