I am having a dilema.
My phone broke down and I am stupid enough to keep all my money on Monzo. I need money to fix or buy a new phone but my money are in pots and not in the main account. I have contact Monzo via email several times yesterday and today and I have got no response. I do not have friends nor family where they can borrow their phone to make a call. I am stress because I have “no money” and Monzo email support is taking forever to resolve such a simple issue.
I wish Monzo had online banking desktop just like any bank.
You aren’t going to get a fast result via email or phone.
You must know someone with a phone. Borrow that. That is going to be much quicker than chasing Monzo.

I already know the website version but it does not let you do nothing on it.
I found out I can’t do nothing related with bank transfer on the phone call.
Unfortunately given Monzo is an app based bank you’re significantly better off trying to obtain a phone to log in.
You should call Monzo for assistance though. If you can’t borrow a phone try a phonebox.
