Plus account replacement card is orange

My holographic card was due to expire in July and I’ve now got the standard orange bumpy card to replace it.
It also makes my account look ugly as it’s the same colour as my joint so it’s messy.
Any idea how I can get the card I actually paid for?!

Yup still paying as I’m still getting benefits such as virtual cards.
That’s the first thing I questioned too :wink:
I certainly didn’t ask to downgrade

If you go to order a replacement, does it let you choose the holo card?
