Pin rejected on international payment

I’m trying to do an international transfer but my pin keeps being rejected. Can someone please assist

Are you using the pin from your phone? Or the pin for your card?

What is the Monzo app showing? If it’s saying your pin is incorrect, then it’s incorrect. Why are you needing your pin for an international transfer?

It’s asking for my pin. Everything I make a payment or transfer money the app ask for my pin. I managed to do the transfer but I had to create a new payee.

Before I had no problem by transferring funds and my pin was accepted, now the app keeps asking for a pin.

I thought Monzo used Wise for international payments now, shouldn’t need your PIN

When an app is being a bit weird, generally a reinstall fixes it.

  • Remove the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Reinstall the app
