PIN not recignised for international payment

Im trying to make an international payment (GBP to EUR). I know this is done through Wise but everytime I get to what seems like the final step of the payment process Im asked to enter my 4 digit PIN from my card …I do this and request pops up again …it does not say the PIN is wrong it just asks me to enter my PIN. The PIN is definitely corrrect so Im not sure what is going wrong! Help please!

Your app pin or card pin?

I think its the same PIN for both?

This will be the same pin for your app and card.

Can you confirm whether you’re using TestFlight or direct from the App Store? Apple/Android? Latest app installed?
