International transfer WISE won't accept my PIN

I am trying to complete an international transfer using WISE and it is not accepting my PIN. The error states ‘Please only use English numbers and letters…’
I know I have the right PIN.

Please help!

Hello! Your issue may be resolved by now, but in case it isn’t. Is your keyboard set to English?

The only thing I can think of is that if your keyboard is set to something else, it registers incorrectly?
