I have received my Monzo flex card, the activation screen asks for the card number which is accepted, the next screen asks me to confirm my pin, this screen flashes on and off, each time clearing the pin number ( normally after 3 digits) after multiple attempts the system says wrong pin and then locks me out! Twice today I have been locked out of my account because of this, there is something wrong with the pin verification page on receipt of a new card.
This is a flex account and not the normal Monzo.
