PIN number not working

Issue: PIN number on app not working. I’ve checked the pin is correct but when I put the 4 digits in to open the app it doesn’t respond - just stays on the pin screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it briefly opened my account before going back to pin screen and freezing

OS: 15.6.1
Device: iPhone 12
App Version: up to date

This is asking for your card PIN, not your phone PIN. Are you certain you are entering it correctly? If you are, and it’s not acknowledging it as being correct you may need to message monzo via email to get this reset.
