I’m new to Monzo and just opened a current account on my iPhone XS. I’d like to open a business account but when I start the process and it gets to “We need to confirm your identity”, followed by “Enter your card’s 4-digit PIN”, after entering the correct PIN (confirmed by two rounds of “I forgot my PIN”, the error message still reads:
“Something went wrong. Please try again!”
This has been going on all afternoon. Any ideas whether this is a common issue?
