Hi there – over the last few days, every time I try to view my card or approve a transaction, the app produces a message saying ‘we are not able to retrieve your PIN at this time’. I have non idea why it’s suddenly doing this. Or how to fix it. I have deleted and reloaded the app, but it made no difference. I’m on an iPhone 11. Please help!
In the app, go to help, search for “contact” and speak to Monzo. Nobody here will be able to help you.
