App won’t open

Issue:
App asks for pin then nothing happens
Details to reproduce:
On iOS updated
OS:
**Device:**iphone 8
**App Version:**just installed last week

Screenshots:
Have deleted app and restarted phone then reinstalled app . Still just sits on the pin no screen? Please help

Try going to Settings > Apps > Monzo and there’s an option to “Reset Session” at the bottom.

Delete, restart phone (important), reinstall

Have tried both of the above but didn’t work.
Will try both again tomorrow.

Does it give you an error message?

Try on both wifi and 4G, maybe your network is blocking something. Also, if you have any VPNs or software that blocks things, try disabling that.

Perhaps try logging into web.monzo.com too and see if that lets you in.

No, just freezes on the pin no Touch ID screen :frowning:
