Pin works on phone but not on card

Hi there,
My Monzo pin works on my phone but not on my card. How do I reset my pin on my card or get my card onto the same pin as my phone?

Do you mean the PIN you use to unlock the Monzo app on your phone?

Your app PIN is different from your card PIN if I understand you correctly.

You can see your card PIN in app. Look at the icons under the picture of your card and tap ‘PIN & Card Number’
