I received my card on Saturday, changed the pin that day and used the contactless in a shop. But that evening my card was rejected online, over the phone and the ATM wouldn’t recognise my pin. Now I have X amount of money on there which I can’t access or transfer back to my bank…
and what did customer service say when you contacted them?
have you checked your PIN thru the app or by contacting customer service?
is your account a non-verified or verified account? If unsure, customer service can help.
have you had any error messages appear in your app? these may give a clue as to potential problems as an issue with a PIN is unlikely to effect online or telephone orders as PIN is not used for that. Unless of course you have entered a wrong PIN multiple times in a row and somehow blocked your card?
