Childs card not working at atm

My daughter tried to use her card at the ATM and got a response saying that she was using the incorrect PIN. I checked the PIN code in the app and she tried again and it’s still said it was an incorrect PIN. I don’t know how to reset the pin and I don’t know how to get hold of monzo to ask what’s going on. Any help would be appreciated

Try pin code from your parent account. Looks like it’s really bug in Monzo app.

Child account works only with parent pin code.
