If you have older relatives using Monzo, just let them know there is a phishing attack targeting Monzo.

I did try to but it also asks for a number and when you click on the account they’ve somehow managed to hide all details so can’t give further details annoyingly

On an iPhone, click on the round icon of the ‘contact’ at the top, then click ‘info’ and hold/copy whatever is displayed, and text that back as the contact’s number.
