Hi everyone, I had a pending transaction from the tfl tube on 12 of December. That was a mistake from his side and they have never taken the money because already charge me. But monzo have the money in pending status. This money was deducted from my balance and never released again. Is that possible? I can still see the transaction in pending and there was not any reversal transaction.
That sounds like it’s going to be a tricky one to troubleshoot without more information so I’d recommend contacting the support team, via the in-app chat or by emailing help@monzo.com to ask them to look into this.
