Payments are failing to automatically be transferred into my Monzo account

Hi,

I currently get pocket money from my gran and parents. They’ve set up recurring payments using my account no and sort code but the payments failed so they had to transfer them manually.

Today, I was due my parent’s pocket money but never received it. So my mother rang their bank (Lloyds Bank) and they said that my bank details were changed to my Monzo details and still never received the money so they had to transfer the money manually.

What could be going wrong?

Have they definitely got the account and sort code correct?
