Have a very annoying chat with useless “go Skippy” insurance . Tried to make a payment over phone, well I tapped card number on phone pad and card was not recognised…so annoying tried twice but gave up thanks to a rude CS. Spoke to our excellent monzo chat…and he was amazing. Gotta change insurance company asap.
Shame they haven’t updated their systems to accept Monzo, It’s bad they yet haven’t. Hopefully Monzo can speak to them and try to resolve it. Is there any way you could try on their website maybe?
