Anyone know why it’s got the text “Delayed from Wednesday 19th August”?
I’ve never seen this before. On my previous Netflix payments there’s none of these texts.
My Netflix payment date is the 20th, so it should’ve come out today, like it has. But then why is it saying delayed from 19th August?
99% likely I’m just overthinking this like usual, but I’ve just never seen anything like this before. And I’m not worried, the payment went out perfectly fine, so there’s no issue.
May be connected to the bank issues yesterday? Maybe they tried to active card check or something yesterday, but couldn’t? idk

When partner and I tap in on the bus using contactless, we also get ‘delayed from XXXX’.
It is literally a delayed payment but nothing to be concerned about.
Maybe they did a pre-charge/card auth or something when you first gave the details and only now took payment?

It’s a payment you were expecting. It came out.
Chances are that Netflix just request it the day before you see it normally.
