Paying Vanquis credit card via Payit

I used to be able to pay my Vanquis credit card instantly using their Payit service which connects to Monzo to make payment.

But for some reason it doesn’t work anymore. What could be wrong.

What happens on Vanquis side, does it even direct you to Monzo. If not sounds like you need to speak to Vanquis

I took it up with Natwest that own Payit and they are in denial that anything is wrong and referred me to the ombudsman. It doesn’t work with Monzo or Barclays.
