Other Bank to Monzo

I have tried transferring from my other bank to Monzo…like I do most months and it normally goes in instantly. Today it’s left my other bank and no in my monzo. Does this happen???

Santander is having problems at the moment. Transfers can take up to 24 hours.

If the funds haven’t arrived after that time, and they’ve not returned to your Santander account, drop us a message through the help section.
