Old closed monzo account, want to open again?

Hi

I had a monzo account a long time ago which I closed, however I’d like to return to monzo.

When signing up in app using my email it provides me with an email login code and when I click the link the app re-opens and gives me an error.

Any way to fix this?

Monzo are patchy with whether they let you come back.

You can email help@monzo.com and see what they say. Some people are allowed back, some aren’t.
