NOW TV Double Billing

Anyone else had a problem with being charged twice by NOW TV in July (specifically broadband)? It came up today and I called them, they fobbed me off with some issue with my bank and that the transaction didn’t go through first time round which is why I was charged a second time.

I tried to reverse out the pending transaction but it doesn’t let me do it. I’ve never had an issue in the past, has this process changed recently?

I had one payment came out with no problems

It’s quite possible one didn’t go through, I would wait until one finishes pending and clears then see if the other one also did, if one didn’t then likely it will revert at 30 days but message monzo and they probably will do it for you earlier.
