I got a notification about a direct debit that was being taken the next day and not having enough funds but after clicking it, I was taken to the app with no sign of that information… Does anyone know where it goes? Or is that working as intended? It would be useful to see more details about what the direct debit is for, the amount etc…

Should be on the summary page under committed spending or payments>direct debits

In future I believe it will appear at the top of your feed but that functionality isn’t there yet. Some other banks do this already.
I think that’s only a dumb estimation (what you paid last month is what you pay next month) but I’m sure the notification I received was more intelligent (it knew about an irregular direct debit, that only occurs once a year) presumably banks receive a 24h headsup about direct debits and so can let you know?
