Hi, hope everyone is well.
I have recently set up my new phone and transferred all data from old phone. Monzo app has been logged out and when it asks for email address, I am not receiving any magic link to my email account. I have contacted monzo via email and phone and they say that they have escalated the issue with the relevant department who will be in contact asap. So far I have had no feedback and the issue is not yet resolved. Has anyone else had this issue. Please help as I am not able to access my accounts.
