When withdrawing funds from round ups to main account
The used to show on screen instantly - ie the balance in roundups would reduce and the balance in the main account would increase
No you have to exit the app and restart it for the balance changes to show
This sounds like an issue with your device.
Delete the app. RESTART. Reinstall.
I also have this issue since the latest update.
I’ve flagged your post because you’ve put sensitive info in it, you don’t need to sign off your posts, it’s not an email 
I have uninstalled and reinstalled my app and it still won’t show live balances
I’m experiencing this too. I’ve tried deleting the app and redownloading but no difference
I agree. I think this is an app issue since the last update and not a device issue
