I’m a longtime Monzo user and now currently a premium member. The current app is causing me lots of headaches. There seems to be a consistent issue with moving money to pots, whereby the totals don’t refresh and it requires constant exiting of the app to get them to update. I’ve never experienced these problems before and a reinstall of the app has made no difference.
You’re not the only one it seems
Yeah it’s really annoying, especially as I have a large number of pots and it’s resulting in me moving it, thinking it’s not worked. Trying again and then having to put it back, cause I’ve doubled up. It’s never happened before and this bug needs squashing quickly.
I’ve had this issue for months myself and have just learnt to live with it. Sometimes notifications come in 5 to 10 minutes later than expected as well.
I’m also having the same issue, as is my partner. It’s incredibly painful trying to sort money in/out of pots.
