No log-in email

Is anyone else having trouble receiving their email to log-in?

For some reason, I have been chucked out of the app and the requested email never arrives. I’ve checked the spam folder and nothing there.

Have you used more than one email to sign-up with Monzo in the past?

Or have you closed your Monzo account in the last 30 days and are trying to log into it again?

Nope, nope and nope.

What email service do you use?

Using a laptop/desktop browser (a computer on which you can also access your email) - can you login to using the same email address you are trying to access Monzo on your phone with?

I don’t get sent an email that way either. And nothing in spam. It’s definitely the correct email address though.

I use iCloud. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app.

Also checked via the iCloud website and no sign of it.

There have been complaints about iCloud specifically.

Maybe try this ,

When I used my iCloud address on sign up all of the Monzo emails went into Junk so check there!

This solved it. I had checked junk on my phone. And checked iCloud on the web. I hadn’t actually checked my junk folder on the web though.
