Hello
It’s been a few days that I’m trying to make an account on Monzo. Every time that I try to verificate my email address, it never send me an email. I also tried sending you guys an email, but I never get response.
I hope someone here could help me.

Hi. I’m afraid nobody here can help.
Have you checked your spam folders etc? Are you using an iCloud email by any chance?

You need to log in via a browser and check your spam there too. See below:
Users have reported that Magic Link emails are not received, usually when using icloud email accounts. This is because the Magic Link emails are interpreted as Junk. Search all icloud email Junk folders using both the mobile device email client AND via browser to find the latest Magic Link email. Please note it will be from ‘…@monzomail.com ’ and so it is worth marking this domain as ‘not junk’ (whitelist it)
