2 things I just noticed after getting a message re a transaction from one of your staff. I had to go back to my transaction list to check something, but there is no easy route back to the chat. You seem to have to go to help - i still need help - which when it is your side originating, is not really logical. Pretty sure there used to be a chat menu option in the old client?
2nd thing is related to you lifting the rather restrictive daily limits, but that’s in another thread!
