View chat history without starting new chat

A while ago I had to ask in chat for a statement of interest from my savings pots. Within a couple of days, a PDF was linked from the chat.

Yesterday I was filling in my tax return and needed to refer back to that PDF. The only way I could find to access it was to go to Help and choose “Chat With Us”. It worked, but there is now a chat open and whenever I start the Monzo app there’s a red notification dot on the Help tab.

Can you add a way to refer back to chat history without starting a new chat?

Go back into the chat it should clear the red dot.

It clears it until I exit and re-enter the app, at which point it returns.
