Issue:
Tried opening account with phone number, says phone number is still in use. Ok, maybe made an account years ago and forgot. Try to log in with said number. Says no account found. Help!

You don’t log in with a mobile number, sounds like you’re trying to create an account again.
You log in with an email, that email gets a magic link to log in with.
Use this link and try your email addresses and see if you get an email, if you do, that’s the email you need to log in with.
