Locked out of account - Phone number already in use


I have been locked out my account.
I tried to delete the app and re install it however i can’t log back in.

I get a re activation email , i go through the log in step however it says my phone number is already being used.

Can anyone help

Check the email address you’re using. If it’s asking you for your phone number it’s taking you through the sign-up flow because it doesn’t recognise your email.

If you can’t remember the right email address, call the number on the back of your card.
