I created my account online then I have gone to the app and it isn’t letting me log in due to the phone number already being in use . Anyone know what I need to do ?
Are you sure you are logging in and not trying to create a new account?
That’s a sign you’ve entered the wrong email address, so it thinks you’re a new customer and is therefore taking you through the signup process. Hence the ‘number in use error’.
Think of any other email addresses you could have used to sign up and try logging in with that.
