No access to email or phone number to access account.

I got a new phone and tried to log in to my Monzo app.. I have forgotten what email address I used and can’t located what it would have been and I don’t have access to my old number either as it’s deactivated.
All of my money is in my Monzo account and customer services don’t appear to be helping me.

Has anyone else been through this and can offer me some hope I’ll get access again?!

You’ll need to work out which email it was and email monzo from there, or email help@monzo.com and explain, they may then ask you to send ID and a selfie to resolve.

Look in your inbox for older emails from Monzo and that should help you identify which email address you signed up with.

They email all sorts, most recently, interest changes, for example.

I’m sure you don’t have that many emails, so it should be easy to figure out.
