im totally stuck having a new device, im trying to access monzo due to my old device having lcd bleed … email address ive forgetten password for that, and bills etc even fuel . no idea how to solve this issue

You’re probably best calling Monzo if you can’t access online help.

Have you forgotten just your password or both your email and password? Has your mobile phone number changed?

hi :slight_smile: yes it is sending me a link to the associated email address i cant access that as ive forgotten the email address password its so old that recovery wise… it is linked to an old number so going through the reset stages of gmail. i cant access that email account :frowning:
