Hello, I’ve been using Monzo for the past few weeks now and it’s been great. Only thing is I’m trying to find how to speak to someone via live chat, I’m sure I’ve seen it before but now it’s gone.
I’ve Googled it, some people have mentioned ways of bringing it up i.e. searching “Monzo chat not appearing” but that just brings up topics on being a U.S. citizen (not sure how it’s relevant but ok) can someone point me in the right direction?
