New Phone, can't login, no login email arrived

I got a new iphone (XR) and loaded all the apps from Backup. Monzo App wouldn’t refresh balance so logged out. Logged back in and it said an email would be sent. This never arrived. So deleted App and reinstalled from app store. Same problem, no email arrived so can’t get into app.
What should I do next?

Have you tried looking in your email Junk folder? Failing that you can email Monzo at help@monzo.com and I’m sure they’ll sort it out.

You need to uninstall and reinstall the app :grinning:
