I can’t login to my app


I’m unable to login to my app since the new apple update as I no longer have access to the email I signed up with.

I’ve just transferred money across to my Monzo account ready for my holiday tomorrow & am now unable to login to the app to check my funds etc.

Please help!



If you can no longer access your email you’ll need to send an email to help@monzo.com. It might speed things up a bit if you include a selfie with your ID.

Your can also call the number on the back of your card.
