Why can’t the balance/spent information in the new (also ugly) “sign posts” be placed in the grey bars that contain the date? This would be much more unobtrusive.

We’ll probably need to solve this in two places, one would be this: [image] The second part would be to include balance on the detail screen of every transaction. I see it as part of the metadata though, not something primary of what a transaction constitutes. Does that make sense?

I don’t intend to sound dismissive here but my advice would be to wait a while before deciding whether the change is good or bad.

You’ve probably seen the outcry’s that’re inevitably caused whenever your favorite social media site redesigns their layouts. People are instinctively wary of change, it’s strange & the natural reaction to strange is that it’s bad.

If the new design is actually causing you an issue in terms of preventing your from doing something, then fair enough but if not, give it some time & if it’s still bothering you in a month or two (that’s usually the point when users have forgotten the change even happened), then you’ll know there’s a problem.
