Monzo for iPhone - Release Notes (v1.9.31)

Hello everyone

Our latest iOS app update is up and ready for action. It’s a quiet one, but they can be important too

Here’s the full release notes.

Hello! This week it’s mostly a lot of stuff behind the scenes that you don’t need to worry about, like bug fixes, tweaks and general sprucing up.

As always, please share your feedback below

When I upgraded I lost my golden ticket, says one is coming soon. IIRC it happened on the last update as well.

Mine has been saying this for a while also, I contacted support and they sent me another. But it broke again recently.

Yeah I just contacted them again now and it’s fixed

Looks like Overdrafts have been pushed to more people in this release?

I’m not sure if this is update specific or not, but I flit between being able to reveal my pin via fingerprint and having to enter my CVC number and then doing driving license and video selfie (velfie?).

After the update I’m back to the latter, is this now the standard procedure? All 4 privacy switches are flipped on if it makes any difference.

It says ‘under the hood’ but there are some significant changes:

SODDs makeover

@cookywook is there a reason these things are not called out?

I’ve had those different scenarios in the past. On the new app .31 it’s still working with Face ID for me.

The app feels a bit sluggish to me after this update

Getting ready for apple pay  (I wish )

There is still a problem and I’ve reported it a couple of times but every time I click the payments it brings up an inconsistent amount of payments

E.g. it says 7 payments total of £xxx click on that and only displays 3 payments

seems to be ok for me. Is it occasional or all the time?

Pretty consistent. It’s different for each payment but attached some screen shots

Cropped sensitive amounts out

It is because the initial result appears to pull back the correct amount but the search is using the friendly direct debit name and so any of them not using the friendly name do not show.

Try deleting the name in the search bar and instead start entering the reference.

Oh yer I’m not denying that works because it does but the point stands I think that if I click payments I expect the payments to show not have to do my own custom search

I am agreeing with you. Was purely explaining the reason why it’s doing it. One Monzo needs to find a fix.
