I have been trying to order a new Monzo card as my current card is to expire soon but every time I try to confirm my order it says the order has failed…doesn’t matter how many times I’ve tried still no luck.
It’s automatic, Monzo should send you a new one before your current one expires
I think it may be a relatively new process, but you’re now prompted to confirm your address and pick a card (which includes an opportunity to upsell Plus/Premium) when approaching your card expiry date.
Although not the same issue as the OP, I didn’t have a great experience when I encountered this recently (don’t mind the Plus/Premium upsell though):
