Can’t place an order for my card


I am trying to place an order for a card that is going to be expired soon. But it keeps saying card order failed keep trying again. I have tried it again so many times but no luck.

Anyone else knows how to sort this out. Unsure how to contact Monzo to ensure it is delivered to the right address since we have moved

You can change your address in your settings.

If you want to talk to Monzo, help > search “contact”
