My friend hasn't received their monzo card in over a week of waiting

Hi guys,

I was wondering if someone can help me on here. I tried to get my friend to join me on monzo, however they have been waiting for their monzo card for about 10 days and they’ve already had to try order a replacement because it may have been lost in the post.

It’s really strange and frustrating because it’s not like we live anywhere remote, only just outside Oxford.
