My card never arrived and impossible to order replacement


In July 2019 I set up a Monzo account, got approved and my card was supposed to arrive in August 2019, but it never did. I tried to order for a replacement to be shipped as per Monzo’s suggestion when things like this happen. The app told me I could not request a replacement card.

Today, I created a new account with a new email and I was not approved without a reason? Last year I was a student and got approved, now I work full time and didn’t get approved?

Could you let me know what is going on with my account/card, please?

That said, I would imagine the reason you have not been approved for the 2nd account is because you are only permitted one account, and based on your explanation, your original account is still active, albeit unused.

Try to log in using the original email you used in July 2019. You should be able to order a new card.
